AUTYMATE, LLC is pleased to announce that it has achieved compliance with the federally mandated standards of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) through the use of Compliancy Group’s proprietary HIPAA methodology, The Guard® compliance tracking software, and HIPAA Seal of Compliance®.
HIPAA is made up of a set of regulatory standards governing the security, privacy, and integrity of sensitive health care data called protected health information (PHI). PHI is any demographic healthcare-related information that can be used to identify a patient. If vendors who service health care clients come into contact with PHI in any way, those vendors must be HIPAA compliant.

We know it is merely worded when you hear companies say, “We are HIPAA compliant and take all required precautions and measures to protect your data—particularly patient health information (PHI).” We wanted to go that extra mile by being held accountable by an outside agency. In the process, we quickly discovered what a monumental task it would have been to have attempted it on our own. We were held to a higher level of due diligence by experts in the field and are proud to make that known. We expect the HIPAA Seal of Compliance® to not only offer you the reassurance that goes beyond just words but it also differentiates us from those without it.
Our Commitment to Protecting Your Data
AUTYMATE, LLC has completed Compliancy Group’s Six Stage Implementation Program, adhering to the necessary regulatory standards outlined in the HIPAA Privacy Rule, HIPAA Security Rule, HIPAA Breach Notification Rule, HIPAA Omnibus Rule, and HITECH. These standards have been heavily vetted against the letter of the law and meet federal NIST requirements.
Our good faith effort included requiring business associates to be held to the same level of training and compliance standards as our own employees. We created a training video that was created out of what was taught to us by the HIPAA subject matter experts and Compliance Coaches® at Compliancy Group. We intend to use this video for all new team members as well as for periodic refresher training.
