The Challenge
WellnessLiving was facing a common challenge similar to many other ISVs. They wanted to provide their customers with an accounting integration, but their development team was stretched thin. They needed a solution that was easy to implementbut didn’t require extensive accounting or API integration knowledge. They were looking for a partner who could provide a white label accounting integration that would seamlessly integrate with their platform and match their branding. They were also looking for ways to provide their customers with a discount when signing up for QuickBooks Online subscriptions.
Our Solution

For WellnessLiving, we provided a QuickBooks integration that matched their brand identity, using their signature logo and colors.. By embedding our dashboard in WellnessLiving’s software, all their customers needed to do was click a button to sign up. From there, customers could easily purchase a discounted QuickBooks subscription, or, if they were already subscribed, simply proceed with the integration, which took just two minutes to set up.

First, WellnessLiving was introduced to Autymate through Intuit, because we’re a top franchise and ISV integration expert as well as Intuit’s largest wholesaler of QuickBooks Online. Then, in a one-hour whiteboarding session, we created a one-page diagram of the integration WellnessLiving wanted.
During the call, we developed a value proposition that offered WellnessLiving's customers approximately $390 in monthly savings by automating their bookkeeping accurately every time. After listening to our recommendations, WellnessLiving decided to charge their customers $29 per month for this integration, allowing them to make this a new profit center for their business.
